Terms & Conditions

Before proceeding with booking you must agree to these terms and conditions. Therefore, please read carefully. If there are any points you do not fully understand, ask for clarification before continuing with the booking.

  1. Magical Moment Events Ltd (MME) will secure your chosen date by way of a payable deposit to secure the booking. If the hire is cancelled at any time, the deposit is non-refundable, however it may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
  2. Magical Moment Events Ltd require a £50 Damage waiver in cash on the day of the event. This will be given back upon collection providing all the equipment is reasonably clean with no parts missing, damage or stains. MME will not leave the venue without a £50 damage waiver - if this is not provided before guests arrive; MME have the right to leave the venue with the soft play.

    Please note: if there is evidence of rules not being adhered to during the event, MME have the right to hold the damage waiver to ensure any issues can be rectified. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will request your bank details to send the £50.00 back within 48 hours if all issues have been rectified.

  3. If damage is caused to the equipment which cannot be covered by the damage deposit, MME will pursue a claim through the small claims court.
  4. In the unlikely event that MME cancel your booking a full refund will be given.
  5. It is the hirers responsibility to check that their chosen package will fit into their chosen venue and that there is adequate space around the soft play and/or baby bounce castle.
  6. If the equipment does not fit into the venue with adequate space, MME reserve the right to cancel the booking and no refund will be given. Please request dimensions to check venue is suitable.
  7. MME require 60 - 90 minutes to set up the equipment and the same to pack up and take away from the venue. Please take this into account when booking venue times.
  8. Please decide on an exact location within the room at the venue and communicate this with MME. MME will not move furniture to accommodate the package and cannot delay set up for the customer to decide on the exact location.
